Eric J. Heikkila is a Professor at the USC Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. His most recent book is China from a US Policy Perspective (Routledge, 2020). Trained as an economist, he has done consulting work for the World Bank, UNDP, USAID, the Inter-American Development Bank and others. His current work explores comparative urban policy issues and attendant analytical methods.
