Ni Jiaqian, 4th year BSocSc student with major in Politics and Public Administration, has been awarded the Hong Kong Jockey Club Graduate Scholarship to study for the fill-time MPhil International Relations at the University of Oxford  from October 2017 until June 2019.  The Scholarship covers annual tuition fee, college fee and a stipend as living costs.
