📢 Join us for the MIPA Tokyo Open House for Admission 2027-28 on 26 October 2026 (Monday), 14:00–17:00 (Japan time), at Roppongi, Minato City, Tokyo!

This event will feature a welcome speech and programme overview by our Programme Director, Prof. Austin Strange, whose research focuses on Chinese foreign policy, including China’s contemporary overseas aid and lending, as well as historical Chinese foreign relations across Asia.

MIPA is an international-caliber, fast-growing program — and also the oldest such program in Hong Kong — with excellent faculty and a diverse group of students from Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and countries all over the world. We have recently significantly expanded our international student body and would love to welcome more students from Japan as part of this ongoing expansion and diversification.

The event will also include a keynote speech by Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Tokyo), a sharing session with a MIPA alumna, and a tea reception for networking.

Event Rundown:
