Dr. Marketa MOORE

Dr. Moore completed her PhD at the University of Hong Kong in the field of international migration, where she won the award for the best PhD thesis in sociology. She also completed her Masters degrees in international human rights law, journalism and Chinese studies. Prior to joining the department she served as a deputy program director of Master program in Development studies at City University of Hong Kong and as an acting director of African studies at the University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Moore’s research and teaching interests include law and society, international relations and human rights law.
