The HKU Department of Politics and Public Administration (PPA) welcomed a delegation from the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), led by H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim AI Dhaheri, Deputy Director General of AGDA on October 3rd. Professor Robert Thomson, Head of the PPA; Professor Austin Strange, Director of the Master of International and Public Affairs (MIPA) program; and Dr. Daniel Marwecki, Deputy Director of the MIPA program, met with the delegation at HKU main campus.
Following the meeting, H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim AI Dhaheri delivered a presentation titled UAE Foreign Policy: Navigating a Multipolar World Through Strategic Pragmatism to HKU students, including Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates, HKSAR, Consul General H.E. Sheikh Saoud Al Mualla, other consulate general officials in Hong Kong, government agencies, business representatives, media, and NGOs.
